If your purchases don’t restore automatically when you reinstall or switch devices, follow the steps below for your platform.
Before You Start #
Make sure you are signed in to the same account used to make the original purchase:
- iOS: Apple ID (Settings → [Your Name])
- Android: Google account (Settings → Accounts)
Also confirm you have an active internet connection.
iOS (App Store) #
Solution 1 — Use the in-app restore option Open HLM, go to Pro (the purchase screen), tap the gear icon at the top right corner of the screen, and tap Restore. Wait a few moments for the process to complete.
Solution 2 — Sign out and back in to your Apple ID Go to Settings → [Your Name] → Sign Out, then sign back in. Reopen HLM26 and try restoring again.
Solution 3 — Check your Apple ID purchase history Go to Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions to confirm the purchase is still active and hasn’t expired or been cancelled.
Solution 4 — Restart the app Force-close HLM by swiping it away from the app switcher, then reopen it. Purchases sometimes restore automatically on relaunch.
Solution 5 — Restart your device A full device restart can resolve App Store authentication issues. Try restoring again after rebooting.
Android (Google Play) #
Solution 1 — Use the in-app restore option Open HLM, go to Pro (the purchase screen), tap the gear icon at the top right corner of the screen, and tap Restore. Wait a few moments for the process to complete.
Solution 2 — Check your Google Play account Open the Google Play Store app, tap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions to confirm the purchase is linked to your current account and still active.
Solution 3 — Clear Google Play Store cache Go to Settings → Apps → Google Play Store → Storage → Clear Cache. Then reopen HLM and try again.
Solution 4 — Sign out and back in to your Google account Go to Settings → Accounts, remove your Google account, then re-add it. Reopen HLM and attempt to restore.
Step 5 — Restart your device Reboot your device and try restoring once more after it starts up.
Still Not Working? #
If none of the steps above resolve the issue:
- Check that the purchase was made on the same platform — App Store purchases cannot be restored on Android, and vice versa.
- Ensure your app is up to date — update HLM from the App Store or Google Play.
- Contact support — reach out with the following information ready:
- The email address linked to your Apple ID or Google account
- Your order/receipt number (found in your purchase confirmation email)
- The device model and OS version you are using
